Free Training
Employees who do not have a Level 2 Qualification (equivalent to 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above) are entitled to free training to achieve this - such as an NVQ Level 2, or a BTEC Diploma.
In addition, some employees who already hold a Level 2 Qualification could be entitled to receive free training to enable them to achieve a Level 3 - such as an NVQ Level 3.
Managers can also access free training to help improve their leadership and management skills through the Director Development Programme.
